Teen Advisory Group
This volunteer group will be taking
applications for 2009-2010 from now until Nov. 2nd.
Applicants need to fill out the application form and code of conduct found below and turn it in to Wendy Rowe at the library by Nov. 2nd. Limited space for 12 students, maximum. Applications will be reviewed and those who are accepted as TAG members will be informed in early November.
What TAG Does to Help The Library
The first TAG meeting will be Nov. 9th at the library at 3:30PM.
New! Middle School Book Group
Thursday, November 5th 3PM at the library...6th-8th grade reading level books
but 5th graders may join as well! First book to discuss is "Found" by Margaret Peterson Haddix. Future books will be chosen by the group members in conjunction with the librarian so bring your suggestions! E-mail misswendy@metrocast.net to join today.
We'll be getting multiple copies of each book by inter-library loan so no one has to purchase books. Snacks provided!
