Brian has the following resignations:

Jean Merrill submitted her resignation, part-time speech.

MOTION:                Dave McGuigan moved to accept with regret

SECOND:                Richard Cilley

VOTE:                    Unanimous

Brian presented the following nomination:

Joy Cross, resource room  para-professional replacing Peg Hapsis

$12.00 per hour

MOTION:  Dave McGuigan

SECOND:  Richard Cilley

VOTE:         Unanimous

Brian presented the resignation of Karen Taylor – lunch worker

3 hour day

Lori Smith – replacement Karen Taylor at 6.70 per hour.

MOTION:                Dave McGuigan moved to approve resignation and replacement

SECOND:                Dave Vachon

VOTE:                    Unanimous

MOTION:                Dave McGuigan moved to come out of nonpublic session

SECOND:                Dave Vachon

VOTE:                    Unanimous
