Brian presented the following resignations:

Dan Place Girls Varsity Basketball Coach

MOTION: Todd Lefebvre moved to accept SECOND: Dave Vachon VOTE: Unanimous

Jennifer Miller 1st grade teacher

MOTION: Todd Lefebvre moved to accept SECOND: Steve Yurick VOTE: Unanimous

Brian presented the following nomination:

Wanda Pelky Returning RIF'd Employee returning coming back, $27,038.00

MOTION: Todd Lefebvre SECOND: Dave Vachon VOTE: Unanimous

Brian would like to bring back a 1st grade teacher. With the new students coming we will be exceeding the minimum standards for teacher/pupil ratio. This may reach as much as 30 or 31 students per teacher by the time September reaches us. Discussion followed.

Cheryl Olstead - Bachelor Step 1 $24,720.00

Pat DeRocher replacing Lizette Nash Step 3 $27038.00

MOTION: Dave McGuigan moved to accept SECOND: Todd Lefebvre VOTE: Unanimous

William Crowely Business Computer Ed replacing Ms. Alverez $42,473.00

MOTION: Richard Cilley moved to accept SECOND: Dave Vachon VOTE: Unanimous

Butch presented his list of nominations for summer programs: (See attached list)

MOTION: Todd Lefebvre moved to accept SECOND: Dave Vachon VOTE: Unanimous

Discussion followed on legal issues and personnel issues.

MOTION: Dave McGuigan moved to come out of nonpublic session SECOND: Dave Vachon VOTE: Unanimous by roll call vote at 10:05 p.m.
