Brian updates a legal issue. Discussion follows.

The next Board meeting will be held on May 3, 2004, at 7 p.m. If there are student issues the first Non-Public Session will be held at 6:30 p.m., and the Pubic meeting will follow at 7 p.m.

MOTION: Rich Cilley motions to come out of Non-Public Session II SECOND: Ken Dickie VOTE: Unanimous by roll call at 9:10 p.m.
