Brian presented the following resignation.

Margaret Grey – High School Paraprofessional

MOTION: Dave Vachon motions to accept.

SECOND: Steve Yurick

VOTE:       Unanimous

Brian presented the following nomination.

Christine Olberg – 1-1 Paraprofessional H.W.M.S.

MOTION: Rich Cilley

SECOND: Dave Vachon

VOTE:       Unanimous

Brian explained that there have been several custodial issues. He has terminated the employment of T.H. Brian explains that he has been docked time; he called in sick one day, and did not show for work several times. This has been an ongoing issue and T.H. has not responded to discussions, and warnings.

MOTION: Dave Vachon motions to come out of Non-public session.

SECOND: Steve Yurick

VOTE:       Unanimous by role call at 9:45
