Dave McGuigan requested a report for the warrant articles proposed for the future. He would like to see fiscal responsibility. Brian will arrange for a meeting on Friday to provide the board with this report.

Discussion followed.

Brian presented the following resignations.

Edna Puglise – paraprofessional, Henry Wilson Memorial School

MOTION:        Dave Vachon

SECOND:        Todd Lefebvre

VOTE:              Unanimous

David Bond – Music Teacher, HWMS

MOTION:        Todd Lefebvre

SECOND:        Dave Vachon

VOTE:              Unanimous

Brian presents the following nomination.

Christine Telles – Paraprofessional, Henry Wilson Middle School  - 4th grade

MOTION:        Todd Lefebvre

SECOND:        Richard Cilley

VOTE:              Unanimous

Motion to come out of non-public session

MOTION:        Todd Lefebvre

SECOND:         Dave Vachon

VOTE:              Unanimous by roll call at 9:18 p.m.
