MOTION: Rich Cilley motions to accept the nomination. SECOND: Steve Yurick VOTE: Unanimous

Brian presents a legal update for the Board.

MOTION: Steve Yurick motions to come out of Non-Public Session. SECOND: Ken Dickie VOTE: Unanimous by roll call at 9:44 p.m.
