We sell our beef direct from the farm as quarters and sides. Each order is cut to your specifications, USDA-inspected and vacuum packaged. Each package is labeled with the content and safe cooking instructions.

We now offer beef by the package. We carry a full line of steaks, burger, and select roasts.

Quarters and sides are available in Spring, Fall and late Winter. Beef by the package is available year round.
