Strangely, although they are listed as being
French, their religious denomination is recorded as Church of Scotland rather than Catholic.
This family does not appear in the 1891 PEI Census for Summerside.

When I did a search on his name I found him listed born in Ireland, this is a mistake on Ancestry.com.
He is listed Age: 51 living in Lawrence, Massachusettes, USA, County: Essex.
States they are aliens except for two of his children and that they moved to the U.S. 1908.
