This is the original Green Card of Willima A. Richard

This was found at his Ellis St., Woburn, MA residence, December, 2001. 

There is a contradiction of the actual date of his arrival that is stated on his green card.

From the Woburn Newspaper: His marriage is stated as marring Margaret Mooney whom she is living with her parents on Oak St. Woburn, MA, she became the bride of William A. Richards 39 Sturgis St., Wednesday evening, Rev. Father Walsh performing the ceremony.  The happy couple owill reside on Reed St. in the Frank Murphy house.  Many friends of both the bride and groom joined in celebrating the event, Wednesday evening. His Obituary is stated as William A. Richards, 15 Ellis St., died July 6, 1948, resident 60 years, was ill 11/2 yrears. He worked 40 years at Metropolitan Ice Co., was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada in 1870. You can read his actual obit by clicking on the link above.
